As a C-IAYT certified Yoga Therapist, I specialize in Somatic Yoga Therapy, a nervous-system-informed approach designed to resolve the root causes of chronic pain and provide lasting relief for aching joints. Complimenting my therapeutic work, my Functional Strength Training is menopause-informed and tailored to build bone density, balance, and metabolic health. Hello! I'm Tina van Hamersveld. I have been a member of the San Elijo Hills community since 2006 and a resident of San Marcos since 1993. When my husband and I bought our very first home in Discovery Hills as newlyweds, I never would have predicted we’d stay long enough to raise three children here and launch a business right from our home. I truly cherish the years spent in our local schools and sports, getting to know the teachers, coaches, and other parents. Now that my kids are grown and out in the world, I have had the pleasure of connecting with our community in a new way, through community activities, neighborhood events, Facebook groups, and my business. Having the pleasure to really get to know other women in the neighborhood and help them improve their health is just the best! I look forward to growing more connections and supporting our happy community for many more years to come!
