ShopSEH is a directory of local businesses connected to San Elijo Hills and the broader North County San Diego community, including San Marcos, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, Oceanside, and Escondido. We built it to make it easier for residents to find the shops, service providers, and professionals who are part of this community, not just search for a service.

Our Story
ShopSEH started in San Elijo Hills, where neighbors were already recommending businesses to each other in person and online. We wanted one simple place to keep track of who to call: the plumber down the street, the sitter a friend trusted, the bakery everyone was talking about.
As more people asked about businesses outside the neighborhood, ShopSEH grew to include businesses connected to the broader North County San Diego community, San Marcos, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Vista, Oceanside, and Escondido. San Elijo Hills is still where it started, and that spirit of looking out for each other hasn't changed.
Every business on ShopSEH has a real connection to this community, and every photo you see is from the actual business, not a stock photo. When you find someone here, you're finding a neighbor.
