Our business began with a simple family conversation. Cord asked Nicole’s dad how to get into home loans, and he redirected us toward insurance — introducing us to Steele Insurance Agency, who we are proud members of and gives us access to the independent markets we use to serve our clients. From there, the business grew naturally as we helped neighbors, friends, and local families navigate an increasingly complex insurance market. As San Diego natives ourselves, raising two young daughters here, it mattered to us that people had someone local they could trust — someone who understood the community and would look out for them like family. That personal connection is still the foundation of everything we do.
