About Advanced Veterinary Care of San Elijo
We are a locally-owned veterinary hospital serving all cats and dogs within the community. We are a full-service veterinary hospital, providing wellness visits for vaccines, spays and neuters, dental cleanings, basic and advanced surgeries, abdominal ultrasounds, echocardiograms, management of complex diagnostic cases, and daytime hospitalization for sick pets. We strive to make our pets feel at home and pet owners feel heard and understood.

🧠Community Provider — Caitlin Sacco
I moved to North County, San Diego in 2019 and knew I found my home. I took over ownership of Advanced Veterinary Care in 2024 after falling in love with the local community and the hospital’s culture of developing deep connections to every pet owner that walks through our doors.
